Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Gracent Tech LLC handles information in connection with the public corporate website at gracent.tech.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the public corporate website operated by GRACENT TECH LLC at gracent.tech. It does not replace any separate privacy notice, agreement, or data-processing terms that apply to Fermi Reps, EZ Sauce, another Gracent-owned project, or work provided under a consulting or customer contract.
2. Information we receive
The website does not include account registration, a public contact form, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics at launch. We may nevertheless receive limited information in two ways:
- Information you provide. If you email [email protected], we receive the content of your message, your email address, and any information you choose to include.
- Technical delivery data. Our hosting and security provider may process information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security signals in order to deliver and protect the site.
If site functionality changes in a way that materially changes these practices, we will update this policy before or when that functionality is introduced.
3. How we use information
We use information received through the site to:
- respond to consulting, project, partnership, company, legal, or verification inquiries;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- comply with applicable law or protect legal rights.
4. When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that support website delivery, security, email, and business operations, subject to appropriate contractual or operational controls. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Gracent Tech LLC does not sell personal information collected through this corporate website, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence and related business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received, to maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or satisfy legal requirements. Technical records maintained by our service providers are retained according to their service settings and policies.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Children
This corporate website is directed to business audiences and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices, or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the current version.
